Frequently Asked Questions
How do I place an order?
Click the “Order Cookies” button at the top of the website and submit the form. After submission, I will email you with a price quote. Once you accept the price quote, I will use Square invoicing to complete your order. Your order must be paid in full to secure your spot on my calendar.
How much are your cookies?
Please see the “Pricing” tab at the top of my website.
Can I place a cookie order with you if I do not know my theme yet?
Yes! If you do not know your theme yet, I can hold you on my calendar for a $20 nonrefundable deposit. Your remaining balance will need to be paid once your theme has been chosen- no later than 2 weeks prior to your pick-up date. Please note that I am unable to give exact price quotes without knowing the theme and/or designs of your cookie set.
Do you offer refunds?
I am able to refund and cancel your order up to 14 business days prior to your pick up date. No refunds will be given for cookies that have already been made, including holiday cookies. Any holiday cookies that are left 24 hours after the pickup times have ended will be forfeited with no refund unless an arrangement has been made with me prior.
What allergens do your cookies contain?
My cookies contain wheat, dairy and egg. My cookies do not contain nuts but are made in my home, which is not nut-free. I do not offer gluten-free cookies at this time.
Can you ship your cookies?
No. Tennessee Food Cottage Laws prohibit home-based bakery businesses from shipping their products.
Do you deliver?
No. All pick-ups are at my home in Franklin, TN. I am located off TN-96, near Pinkerton Park.
When is payment due?
Once you have received your invoice, you have 48 hours to pay in full. Your order will not be placed on my calendar until payment has been received.
Can I freeze your cookies?
Yes, they freeze beautifully! I often have customers order cookies early and freeze them if I do not have the availability at the time of their event. To freeze the cookies, place them in a Tupperware container and place the container in the freezer. I recommend stacking them on their sides, rather than on top of each other. You will then take the Tupperware container out of the freezer 24 hours before you plan on eating them. Do not open the Tupperware container until the cookies have completely thawed. If you open the container before the cookies have completely thawed, condensation will occur and ruin your cookies.
